Attention all coaches and volunteers with Oceanside Minor Baseball!

All coaches, assistant coaches, and team managers must submit a criminal record check (CRC) with a Vulnerable Sector search specific to OMBA. Please be aware that CRCs cannot be shared between organizations due to privacy laws, even if you have completed one for another group.

Most CRCs can be done online through the Ministry of Justice, where OMBA is registered. To complete your CRC, visit https://justice.gov.bc.ca/eCRC/ and enter the Oceanside Minor Baseball access code: AYV76MV9QX.

Fill out the online application and await the results, which will be confidentially sent to Sheila Morrison, our Risk Management Coordinator.

If you are required to submit a manual application at the RCMP station, you will be notified. Our ID number for manual applications is 1625218.

If completing the CRC manually at the Oceanside RCMP detachment, download the Oceanside Minor Baseball letter of direction to have the CRC fee waived.
